Your Repair kit comes with a self mailing box (and packaging) to ensure your piece remains safe in transit.
Simply Drop off your packaged repair at your nearest FedEx location (or request a FedEx pickup at 1 (800) 463-3339).
When your repair kit arrives Facets will let you know immediately. We will also provide a detailed estimate of cost. Once this is approved we will let you know when to expect your repair back.
As soon as your repair kit is complete we will will route it back to you.
